Terms of Service

All prices are listed in US dollars and include shipping. An order is confirmed once payment is approved, at which point you receive a confirmation email. In the rare case an item is unavailable after purchase, you will be refunded in full immediately.

Launch promotions (such as “Buy 1 Get 1 Free”) apply once per order: with two or more items in the bag, the lowest-priced item receives the benefit. Promotions may change or end at any time without notice.

RAGGIO frames are produced in small numbered series. When a series sells out it will not be reproduced. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer to keep it that way.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Every frame carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing flaws.
