Terms of Service

All prices are listed in US dollars and include shipping. An order is confirmed once payment is approved, at which point you receive a confirmation email. In the rare case an item is unavailable after purchase, you will be refunded in full immediately.

Discount codes apply once per order and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Promotions may change or end at any time without notice.

RAGGIO frames are produced in small numbered series. When a series sells out it will not be reproduced. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer to keep it that way.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as described in our Shipping & Returns policy, provided the frame is unworn and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except where the frame is faulty, damaged in transit or not the item ordered — in those cases RAGGIO covers the return in full. Every frame is covered by a two-year warranty against any manufacturing flaw — no questions asked. Lenses, hinges, finishes: if it is our fault, we make it right.
