If you save your bag or enter your email at checkout, we keep that email with the bag's contents so we can send you one reminder to finish your order; if you join our list, we keep your email to send you our news. Payments are processed entirely by our PCI-compliant payment providers on their secure pages. Your card details never touch our servers and we never see or store them.

Your details are used to process your order, deliver it, send you order updates, and honour your warranty. We share them only with the parties essential to that journey — our payment provider, our atelier, and the shipping courier.

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us. We keep order records only as long as required for warranty and legal purposes.
