Every RAGGIO order ships worldwide with express courier service, fully insured and beautifully gift-wrapped — complimentary, always.

Orders leave our atelier within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your destination. The moment your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email and can follow every step on your personal order page.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your RAGGIO is not everything you imagined, you may return it within 14 days of delivery — unworn, in its original packaging — for a full refund or exchange.

To begin a return, simply reply to your order confirmation email and our concierge will arrange the collection.

Every frame is covered by a two-year warranty against any manufacturing flaw — no questions asked. Lenses, hinges, finishes: if it is our fault, we make it right.
