How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 24 hours with free express worldwide delivery. Typical arrival: 5–9 business days depending on your country. You receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves our atelier.

What if they don't suit me?

You have 14 days from delivery for a free return or exchange — no questions asked. Write to us and we arrange it.

Do the lenses actually protect my eyes?

Yes — every RAGGIO lens is UV400, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Protection is the product; the design is the bonus.

Is the checkout secure?

Payments are processed by PayPlus, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider, over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay are accepted.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide, free. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll arrange it.

What's in the box?

Your frames arrive in RAGGIO gift packaging with a protective hard case and a microfiber cloth — ready to give, or to keep.
